Cancelation Policy

Cancellationsof regular stays

The guests may cancel, reduce length of stay or change dates free of charge and receive full refund if they change or cancel more than 14 days before arrival. The guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel less than 14 days before arrival.

Vouchers

If the guests need to cancel or change reservation less than 14 days before arrival or during their stay, we provide Voucher for the 50% of the full reservation amount. The Voucher is valid within 3 (three) months from the date of cancellation, can be used only by the guest named on voucher and cannot be transferred to any third person.

Cancellations of longer stays

If a reservation is for 28 nights or more, the longer stay cancellation policy applies. If the guests change or cancel a longer stay:

• It’s before the trip and the reservation is still more than 60 days away guests may get full refund

• It’s before the trip, but less than 60 days before the check-in date, or after the trip has started, the first 30 nights of the reservation are nonrefundable

Prepayments

Full prepayment shall be made within 24 hours after the reservation by bank’s wire transfer. In case of cancellation, the prepayment will be completely refunded to the guest, within 5 business days to the same bank account it was received from. For the longer stays prepayment for the first 30 nights is required.
