The space
One of four nice, fresh and cozy apartments located on the semi-basement floor of a multistore building in the downtown of Riga. The apartments are quiet and bright and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchenette with dishwasher, bed linen, towels, shower gel, soap, hair dryer and so on.

This is really the best district of Riga, which is also called a quiet center here. Right outside of the door are dozens of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, as well as parks, museums and all the main sights of Riga, but Old Town of Riga is only 15 minutes walk from the place.

Parking
There are few long-term parking lots nearby: cheaper option at Hanzas iela 3 for 8€ per day (5 mins walk), or closer option ”EUROPARK Baznicas” at Baznīcas iela 20/22 for 10€ per day (2 mins walk).
Alternatively, street parking is available on the streets nearby. Baznicas str, Skolas str and Stabu str for instance. It has to be paid from 8:00 to 20:00 on working days and from 9:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays. On Sundays and public holidays it’s free of charge.
