The space
One of four modern, large and freshly renovated apartments located on the second floor of a three-storey building in the centre of Riga downtown. The apartments are quiet and bright and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, bed linen, towels, shower gel, soap, hair dryer and so on.

This is really the best district of Riga, which is also called as a quiet centre here. Right outside of the door are dozens of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, as well as parks, museums and all the main sights of Riga, but Old Town of Riga is only 10 minutes walk from the place.

Parking
There are few long-term parking lots nearby: cheaper option at Emiļa Melngaiļa iela 5 for 8€ per day (5 mins walk), or closer option ”EUROPARK Baznicas” at Baznīcas iela 20/22 for 10€ per day (2 mins walk).
Alternatively, street parking is available on the streets nearby. Baznicas str, Skolas str and Gertrudes str for instance. It has to be paid from 8:00 to 20:00 on working days and from 9:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays. On Sundays and public holidays it’s free of charge.

Guest access
The apartment with a total area of 110 m2, not counting the terrace, consists of a huge living room (42 m2) combined with a kitchen, 3 bedrooms with beds, wardrobes and a chest of drawers. In the living room there are also 2 folding double sofas for 4 people. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 10 people, not counting babies. In addition, the apartment has a separate toilet and shower.

From the living room there is access to a spacious terrace (50 m2), where you can have a great time in the warm season or use it for smoking.

Independent 24/7 arrival / departure, there is no need to coordinate the time.
Everything you need for cooking: dishes, stove, microwave, etc., as well as a washing machine, ironing board, iron, hair dryer.
