Dandelion Apartments Lāčplēša are located in the centre of Riga downtown, on the 2nd floor of a historic building, which is a fully restored and protected by UNESCO architectural monument of the 19th century. Built in 1895, the building was an inn of the church of Alexander Nevsky, which is still located on the other side of the street. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with its own brewery, and on the second and third floors there are modern guest apartments with terraces. Welcome!

The space
One of three modern, large and freshly renovated apartments located on the second floor of a three-storey building in the centre of Riga downtown. The apartments are quiet and bright and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, bed linen, towels, shower gel, soap, hair dryer and so on.

This is really the best district of Riga, which is also called as a quiet centre here. Right outside of the door are dozens of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, as well as parks, museums and all the main sights of Riga, but Old Town of Riga is only 10 minutes walk from the place.

There are few long-term parking lots nearby: cheaper option at Emiļa Melngaiļa iela 5 for 8€ per day (5 mins walk), or closer option ”EUROPARK Baznicas” at Baznīcas iela 20/22 for 10€ per day (2 mins walk).
Alternatively, street parking is available on the streets nearby. Baznicas str, Skolas str and Gertrudes str for instance. It has to be paid from 8:00 to 20:00 on working days and from 9:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays. On Sundays and public holidays it’s free of charge.

Guest access
The apartment with a total area of 60 m2, not counting the terrace, consists of a large living room (23 m2) combined with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms with beds and wardrobes. In the living room there are also 1 folding double sofa for extra 2 persons. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 people, not counting babies. In addition, the apartment has a separate toilet and shower.

From the living room there is access to a spacious terrace (12 m2), where you can have a great time in the warm season or use it for smoking.

Independent 24/7 arrival / departure, there is no need to coordinate the time.
Everything you need for cooking: dishes, stove, microwave, etc., as well as a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, hair dryer.

"Place is very well located with nice restaurants and cafes just around the corner and only about 10min walk to the old town. Host was very welcoming, responded quickly and was reachable any time. The apartment has all necesary amenities as well as a nice back terrace. Also has a lock room for luggage in case of early arrival or late departure. This place is suitable both for a nice getaway with your loved one as well as with a small group of friends."
