The space
This is a small studio apartment, approximately 20 sqm, equipped with everything you need for both short and long stays. The kitchen area features all the necessary appliances and utensils and a sofa that easily transforms into a comfortable bed for two. Complete with a full bathroom and even a small wardrobe area, this studio offers convenience and functionality in a compact space.

This apartment is part of a residential complex consisting of three apartments and a common corridor. The apartment is completely separate, and in the common corridor there is a small laundry – washing and drying machines, as well as a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning accessories.

Other things to note
Apartment is located on 2nd floor (about 20 steps up) without elevator. The staircase is convenient and wide.
