The space
Within just one year, from a dilapidated building, which is also a monument of architecture, we managed to create a real masterpiece – to combine an old building with the most modern design! We are really proud of this work, which among other things, we have invested so much soul in it!

Parking
Street parking is available on the streets nearby. Baznicas str, Skolas str and Gertrudes str for instance. It has to be paid from 8:00 to 20:00 on working days and from 9:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays. On Sundays and public holidays it’s free of charge.
Alternatively there are few long-term parking lots nearby:
”EUROPARK Baznicas” at Baznīcas iela 20/22 for 10€ per day (3 mins walk), and another one at Emiļa Melngaiļa iela 5 for 8€ per day (5-6 mins walk).

Guest access
The apartment has an area of 120 sq. m. it consists of a large hall where the kitchen area connects to the living room, 5 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apartment has independent gas heating, which allows you to maintain the necessary temperature in the cold season.

Independent 24/7 arrival / departure, there is no need to coordinate the time.

We have a shared laundry room for three apartments, with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
