The space
The newly renovated apartment 170 m2 is located on the 4th floor of the elite 5-storey building in the centre of Riga Oldtown. The apartment is quiet and bright and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Kitchenette with dishwasher, bed linen, towels, shower gel, soap, hair dryer and so on.
Parking
So if you got here by car the best/ cheapest solution is to use public parking lot just out of the old town.
It’s called Jekaba Arkade. It cost 15 eur/ day.
You have to drive there a bit round about (use navigation), but then it’s just 7-10 min walk back home.
Guest access
170 m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, antique furniture, decor, really big terrace with beautiful view to the Old town and small balcony.
Independent 24/7 arrival / departure, there is no need to coordinate the time.
Everything you need for cooking: dishes, stove, etc., as well as a washing machine, ironing board, iron, hair dryer.
There is a paid luggage room called KEEPMYBAG just next block at the address: Marstalu 12. It might be helpful if you have a late departure from Riga.
